Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to professional audit engagements with Progressive Data Networks — including financial audit of insurance claims applications, reserve adequacy reviews, and documentation gap analyses. It does not cover retail products, software licences, or physical goods, which we do not sell.

2. Deposit refunds before work starts

If you cancel in writing before we begin file intake, we refund the deposit in full within fourteen business days using the original payment method where possible.

3. Cancellation after intake begins

Once claim packs have been received and audit work has started:

• If less than twenty-five percent of the agreed sample has been reviewed, we refund the deposit minus a reasonable time charge for work already performed, documented in a cancellation statement.
• If twenty-five percent or more of the sample has been reviewed, deposits are non-refundable. You remain responsible for fees covering completed files at the per-file or pro-rata rate in the engagement note.

4. Partial refunds on scope reduction

If both parties agree to shrink the sample after work starts, we issue a credit or partial refund for unstarted files, less any non-recoverable preparation already performed (checklist customisation, secure channel setup).

5. Non-refundable items

• Fees for completed findings memos or reserve schedules already delivered
• Third-party costs you pre-approved (for example certified translation)
• Time booked for an on-site briefing that you miss without forty-eight hours’ notice (no-show)

6. Rescheduling

You may reschedule an agreed Bangkok briefing once without charge if you give at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the engagement note.

7. Quality concerns

If you believe a delivered memo materially omits an agreed checklist item, notify us within fourteen days of delivery. We will correct omitted items at no charge. Differences of professional judgement on indemnity figures are not automatic grounds for a refund; we will explain our arithmetic and sources.

8. Refund process and timing

Email info@progressivedatanetworks.digital with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days. Bank charges imposed by intermediary banks are outside our control.

9. Work already started and purchased materials

We do not purchase claimant materials on your behalf. Working papers prepared during the engagement remain subject to confidentiality; cancellation does not entitle either party to misuse the other’s confidential information.
