2. Data we collect

  • Identity and contact details you submit in enquiry forms (name, email, optional claim or portfolio reference, message content)
  • Technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted (see our Cookies page)
  • Correspondence you send by email or phone

We do not ask for payment card numbers through this website. Claim application packs shared during an engagement are handled under the engagement note, not through the public form.

We process personal data to respond to enquiries about financial audit of insurance claims applications, to prepare fee estimates, to perform contracted audit work, and to meet legal obligations. Bases include your consent (form submission and optional analytics), performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, and legitimate interests in operating a professional practice securely.

4. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal claim. Engagement working papers follow retention periods stated in the engagement note. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the tool settings described on the Cookies page.

5. Sharing

We share personal data with service providers who host email or IT infrastructure under confidentiality terms, and with professional advisers when required. We do not sell personal data. If a regulator or court lawfully requires disclosure, we may comply.

6. International transfers

Our primary operations are in Thailand. If a provider stores data outside Thailand, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Thai privacy requirements.

7. Your rights

Subject to Thai law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@progressivedatanetworks.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Thai authority.

8. Security

We use access controls, secure transfer channels for claim packs during engagements, and staff confidentiality obligations. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending full claim packs through the public website form.

9. Children

This site is directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
