Fees
Transparent fee bases that follow sample size, line of business, and urgency — not subscription tiers.
How we price audit work
Fees for a financial audit of insurance claims applications depend on how many files enter the sample, how dense the annexes are, and whether you need a Bangkok briefing in addition to the written memo. We quote before work starts; there is no online checkout.
Typical fee bases
Claims Application Financial Audit
Starting from THB 48,000 for a sample of up to fifteen applications in a single line of business, with a written findings memo. Larger samples and mixed lines are quoted per file after we see a specimen pack.
Reserve Adequacy Review
From THB 1,800 per file within a batch of ten or more open applications. Batches under ten files are quoted as a small fixed fee.
Documentation Gap Analysis
Fixed fees from THB 22,000 for samples up to twenty packs, using a checklist you approve in advance.
What moves a quote up or down
- Mixed languages in medical or repair documents
- Need for on-site work at your office versus secure remote review
- Deadline inside five business days
- Requirement for a bilingual (Thai/English) executive summary
What is never included in the headline fee
Travel outside Greater Bangkok, certified translations, and attendance at external mediations are billed separately if you request them.
Deposits and payment
Engagements above THB 40,000 usually require a thirty percent deposit to reserve auditor time. The balance is due on delivery of the final memo. Invoices are issued in THB unless we agree otherwise in writing.
