Engagement Path
From intake call to final findings memo — how we run an audit engagement.
A clear path for every audit
When you commission a financial audit of insurance claims applications, you should know what happens each week. This page describes the engagement path we use for flagship audits, reserve adequacy reviews, and documentation gap analyses.
1. Intake conversation
We schedule a short call or meeting at Level 11, 36 Sathorn Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500. You describe the book, the decision the audit must support, and any hard settlement dates. We confirm whether a full audit, reserve pass, or gap analysis fits best.
2. Sample and fee agreement
You receive a one-page engagement note stating sample size, fee basis, delivery window, and the secure channel for claim packs. Work begins after you accept the note and, where required, pay the deposit described on our Fees page.
3. File intake
Claim applications arrive as complete packs: policy extract, loss notice, application form, invoices, and prior notes. Incomplete packs are logged; we pause the clock on those files until missing pieces arrive.
4. Desk audit
Auditors work through the agreed checklist. For indemnity questions we recalculate; for reserves we compare booked figures to evidence; for documentation we build the gap register. Queries that need your clarification are batched twice weekly rather than sent ad hoc.
5. Draft findings
You receive a draft memo or schedule for factual comment. This stage catches misread policy numbers or annexes that arrived after intake — not a rewrite of independent conclusions.
6. Final delivery and briefing
The final memo is issued. Optional briefing at our Sathorn office or by remote session walks your claims lead through priority files. Clarifying questions stay open for thirty days.
