Cookies Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences and, if you allow, understand how pages are used.
2. How we use cookies
Progressive Data Networks uses essential cookies to remember your cookie consent choice and to keep basic site functions working. If you accept analytics cookies, we use them to see which pages about financial audit of insurance claims applications are most helpful. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not block access to audit information, fee guidance, or the contact form.
3. Cookie table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| pdn_cookie_consent | Stores your Accept or Reject choice for the cookie banner | 1 year | Progressive Data Networks |
| pdn_session | Maintains basic session integrity for form status messages where needed | Session | Progressive Data Networks |
| _pdn_analytics | Counts anonymised page views when analytics are accepted | 6 months | Progressive Data Networks (first-party analytics) |
4. Essential vs analytics
- Essential — required for consent storage and core site behaviour. These load as needed for the site to function.
- Analytics — optional. Set only after you choose Accept on the cookie banner. They help us improve content such as engagement-path and fee pages.
5. Managing or disabling cookies
Use the Accept or Reject buttons on our cookie banner when it appears. You can clear stored preferences in your browser settings; the banner will appear again on a later visit. Browser controls also let you block cookies entirely; essential features such as reading pages will still work, though your consent choice may not persist.
6. Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts may be requested from Google Fonts when pages load; that request can involve technical data processed by Google under its own policies. We do not load third-party advertising cookies. See also our Privacy Policy.
7. Impact of disabling
Disabling analytics cookies does not affect your ability to request a claim review or read service pages. Disabling all cookies may cause the consent banner to reappear more often.
